We hired him to repair our buckling porch and fence, and he was honest and transparent from the start. He even told us we didn’t need to replace our windows and gave us advice that saved us money. His estimate was fair, his team arrived right after 7 a.m. each day, worked efficiently, and cleaned up when they were done. They even took care of a couple of extra things for us at the end. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, especially after simply cold calling someone we didn’t know. I wholeheartedly recommend Rick for carpentry work and would absolutely hire him again.

Rick and his crew are very experienced, knowledgeable, professional, and reasonaby priced. What more could you ask for? Rick's replaced 6 wood porch columns, removed and reinstalled the handrail and 42 spindles, and then fabricated and installed a custom wood bottom rail. Great job! Thank you Rick. I have always been reluctant to recommend contractors, but I would not hesitate to recommend Rick's Carpentry.
